This package includes a lifestyle review, 6 x 60 minute foot reflexology sessions and 1 x 60 minute facial reflexology session. During your first appointment we will go through a lifestyle consultation before you have your first foot reflexology treatment.
You will also receive a Neal's Yard Remedies Women's Balance remedies to roll and a box of their Quiet Time tea to enjoy at home.

- 3 x 90 minute treatments- this intense package has been designed to be taken within 7-10 days*.
- 6 x 90 minute treatments- if you have a special occasion coming up you can book the first 3 sessions within 7-10 days followed by 3 weekly sessions, or book 6 weekly sessions*.
- 12 x 90 minute sessions- this 12 week package was designed by Ziggie to help remove up to 10 years in 12 weeks*.
*Packages can be taken over a longer period than weekly sessions, although results may vary.
Half Day Packages
If you're wanting to relax and unwind for a little longer then why not book one of my half day packages. Each package is 3 1/2 hours with the treatments lasting three hours as refreshments are included to help ground you afterwards.
