Booking your appointment is simple and secure. Each ritual is thoughtfully prepared to give you time to fully relax, reset and restore.

Appointments can be booked online using the booking system. You will be able to choose your treatment, date and time to suit you.

To secure your appointment, card details are required at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged in line with the cancellation policy.

If you're unsure which ritual to choose, you are very welcome to get in touch. Alternatively, you can book what you are most drawn to- everything can be tailored on the day.

Please arrive at your appointment time to allow for a full, uninterrupted treatment. Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment.

Cancellations or changes require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged.

Gift vouchers: card details are required to book an appointment even if you have a gift voucher. A package, gift or coupon code is not required to make the booking, please leave blank.

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice otherwise a fee of 50% will be charged. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged the full price. Payment will be taken from the debit/credit card you used to secure your booking. If you have a gift voucher then the fee will be deducted from the voucher, any additional payment will be taken from the card used to book. When you book your appointment you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If this is your first appointment with me then could you please complete the consultation form that is attached in the email.
