-enter card details to reserve the appointment*

By booking an appointment you agree to the following:

*to book an appointment you are required to enter debit/credit card details but the card will not be charged unless you cancel/reschedule within 48 hours.

Gift vouchers:

*card details are required to book an appointment even if you have a gift voucher. A package, gift or coupon code is not required to make the booking, please leave blank.

Cancellation Policy: if you need to cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice otherwise a fee of 50% will be charged. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged the full price. Payment will be taken from the debit/credit card you used to book the appointment. If you have a gift voucher then the fee will be deducted from the voucher, any additional payment will be taken from the card used to book.

If you are booking my a Zone Face Lift package this will schedule your first appointment so please remember to schedule the rest of your treatments.

When you book your appointment you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If this is your first appointment with me then could you please complete the consultation form that is attached in the email.
