This unique method combines traditional face reflexology with Japanese lifting techniques, advanced facial massage, Gua Sha and crystal tools to release tension, sculpt the facial contours and promote a natural glow.
The treatment begins with a double cleanse and the application of a bespoke facial oil for some gentle face reflexology to stimulate pressure points that correspond with the body's internal systems- helping to bring balance, release emotional blockages, and support well-being from within. This is followed by a series of precise massage movements designed to lift, tone, and relax the facial muscles, improve lymphatic drainage, and smooth fine lines.
Each session is tailored to your needs and includes warm towels, nourishing facial oils and a carefully curated blend of holistic techniques that leave the skin radiant, the mind calm, and the spirit lifted. Zone Face Lift is often described as a 'spiritual facelift'- a truly transformative treatment that goes far beyond skin deep.
Zone Face Lift is renowned for removing as much as 10 years over the 12 week programme.
One-off treatments can be booked as well as the following packages:
- 3 treatments* (perfect for a special occasion like a wedding). For the best results it is recommended to book all 3 treatments within 7-10 days.
- 6 treatments*. The first 3 treatments can be taken within 7-10 days with the remaining three treatments taken weekly, or book all six sessions on a weekly basis.
- 12 treatments*. Book this original 12 week programme to see how the cumulative effects of this amazing treatment can help to reveal the best version of you.

During the 12 treatment package you can choose to add in a full facial during up to 3 sessions. You will also receive a complimentary Gua Sha tool and be shown some self-care techniques for you to carry out at home.
